Connect the testing.
Understand the field work.

We connect performance testing with GPS and field data, your training history and how you respond. Together, they help us choose priorities, plan the work and review progress. No single number tells the whole story.

01 / Performance testing

Speed. Power. Change of direction.

Testing shows how the athlete performs in specific tasks: sprint speed, jumping, force production and changing direction. We track these qualities over time and connect them with the demands of the field.

Change of direction. Time to brake, turn and accelerate again.

Power. Jump height and force trends, viewed together.

One week. A wider context.

Your camp week, informed by what came before.

Before arrival

Review your recent training, match schedule and available GPS history. A longer baseline is used only when suitable prior records are available.

During your week

Track daily work, session effort and your response. Compare the week with the individual plan and adjust the next session with your coach.

After camp

Leave with a summary of the week and priorities for the next training block, including a remote plan if agreed.

One camp week cannot establish a 28-day history. The dashboards below illustrate longer-term LJP monitoring; they are not a promise of four weeks of camp data.

02 / GPS & field data

The work on the field.
In context.

GPS describes the work performed on the field: distance, running demands and workload patterns. We read that exposure alongside performance testing, the player’s schedule and coaching observations to guide the next step.

Select any dashboard to expand it. On a phone, scroll across the enlarged view to inspect the detail.

Anonymized historical dashboard examples, not results from this camp. Profile comparisons use an aggregate example. Workload measures provide context alongside coaching judgment; they do not predict injury or define a universal safe training level.

Reading the plan: planned minutes × planned RPE = target training load in arbitrary units (AU). RPE is an effort rating from 1–10.

These are planning targets, not measured GPS data or athlete outcomes. Session categories describe the focus; they are not an effort scale. The intensive and extensive examples share a planned RPE of 7, with different durations.

Who is this for?

Professional soccer players planning their off-season. Players, agents and club staff can enquire from anywhere in the world.

When and where does it take place?

Dates and venue are not yet confirmed. Share your availability and club return date so Luis can discuss whether the proposed block fits.

What does it cost?

Pricing and the exact scope are confirmed personally before any commitment. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a place or enroll you.

Can my agent or club coordinate with you?

Yes. Include your role and the player or club context in the inquiry so the conversation starts with the right people.
